The studio is located in an apartment building and is modernly furnished. The property is situated in a lively area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and the sunny location by the water.

Rogoznica. The studio is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house live DAL SIB 351 (6 people) and DAL SIB 352 (3 people). Everything you need is very close to the accommodation. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the building. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) in a car park in the village. The car park is opposite the property, about 10 metres away. It costs about 30 euros per week.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via cable.
