We loved our stay. The condo was clean, had just the right amount of space for our family of 5, and we all really enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We would definitely book this place again.

Perfect place for a trip to Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. Great location and the views are beautiful! The hot tub is a great added bonus! As noted in the description, there are quite a few stairs to get to the home, but well worth it. If you have a lot of luggage, worth keeping in mind.

Clean, loved having two king beds and two separate bathrooms also.Beautiful view of mountains from hot tub. A lot of steps to get to room if there’s anyone in your party that can’t do that might be an issue.

Quick spontaneous trip

We found place on line, 3 days before arrival, somewhat off season so it worked. Loved the place, clean updated, great location. View was spectacular, a lot of steps to get there

The kitchen has utensils and dishes but no coffee. The hot tub was great but had way too much chlorine in it and it burned our skin and bleached our cloths. Other than that the views were breathtaking and the house was really nice

We stayed here for the week for a vacation stay. We LOVED the rental. It was pretty, clean and conveniently located. It was plenty spacious for me and my husband, also our son, his family w/ 2 yr old granddaughter. The views were awesome and we all enjoyed the elk and deer all around us. We had all the things we needed for a nice, comfortable stay. My husband called and asked questions about the parking since one night there wasn’t a marked spot available but that was answered and all was well. We travel quite a bit and this place is gonna be one of our favorite to tell about. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice area

Nice area, not too close or far from Estes. Nice quite place, nice complete kitchen. Minor issues: had to call in to get internet access right, hot tub was not 100% clean, hot tub is a little small for 2 people.

Overall area and house was good. Not super clean though. A lot of the dishes were dirty, bed frames, side tables, and lamps were dusty. Jets in master bathroom tub were disgusting and black looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. Chairs at the kitchen table had multiple stains and were not clean. There was also a very limited amount of extras. One thing of hand soap for the kitchen and two bathrooms and nothing to hand wash dishes. TV in main living area was awful, slow and did not connect to really anything (thank goodness for cable).

Good property - good convenient location - very clean - ample parking - good wifi - amenties good (utensils, hot bath etc)What didnt meet expectations1. Place not ideal for 5 adults. Advertisement cites 6 adults, but 2 beds (covering 4) and sofa bed that was not very comfortable.2. One bath was good, other one was too small. It delayed us since everyone wanted to use the bigger one. 3. Water drainage was very slow in the bathrooms4. Air Conditioner was loudDoesnt warrant the higer cost which we ended up paying.,
