Great stay . Extremely clean, communication with host was excellent. Kitchen set up great for up to 4 people. Had everything we needed. Great washer and dryer for use after several days of hiking. Location was perfect, and the stream behind the unit was so soothing after a long day hiking. Would 100% stay here again!

This property was beautiful. The inside of this property is thoughtfully put together and extremely comfortable. The back deck is perfect for drinking coffee while enjoying the scenery. The wildlife came right up to both the front and back yard. My family and I can’t recommend this location enough.

The condo was was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and peaceful back yard with the river. It is conveniently located close to park entrance. It was the perfect location for walking to get cinnamon rolls in the morning or into town if you prefer a longer walk. An enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time relaxing in the morning and evening by the river outside the condo. It provided a great launching spot for our adventures in Rocky Mountain National Park and around the Estes Park area. All arrangements went smoothly. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore the area and come back in the evening to a very pleasant environment and good nights sleep.

The condo/cabin was amazing. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Had no issues with loud neighbors and everyone in the community was very nice. The Wapiti grill was right next door and had amazing food. I will definitely book this cabin again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at your location. Beautifully decorated and maintained. A great location! A few minor points. One, we felt that the kitchen could’ve been slightly better equipped . Some of the place settings were missing but overall nothing major. We also felt that removing the trash to the dumpster was a small challenge as we’re are all in our late 70’s and the trash bag was quite large. From the listing we missed that the second bathroom was not adjacent to the second bedroom so it was inconvenient to use. (Perhaps we misread the listing) the dining room table was a great size and beautiful however it uses benches and we definitely would have like chairs with back support especially at dinner time. Finally, the steps from the back deck has no hand rails and I lost by balance and fell. Thankfully I wasn't injured but elderly guests may need to excercise caution. Overall, we had a great time and would (and are) considering another trip in the near future!

We strive and always want our guests to have a seamless stay, so we appreciate you feedback: Kitchen Equipping & Inventory: We take great pride in maintaining a well-stocked kitchen - beyond standard STR basics - including brand-new GreenPan cookware, high-end cutlery, bakeware, mixing bowls, a plethora of utensils and full sets of indoor and outdoor tableware. During our stay a few weeks before your stay, we did a deep-clean and inventory of every single cabinet, but we will do a new audit right away to ensure no place settings were misplaced by prior visitors. Deck Steps & Safety: We were so relieved to read that you were not injured! While our multi-level property is not ADA compliant, it is compliant with local life safety codes and requirements - and do have textured non-slip grip strips installed on deck steps to assist with traction. We appreciate you mentioning it, so future guests are reminded to take extra care outdoors. Table Layout & Seating: We decided on the bench table due to its rustic, warm and cabin cozy vibe.  Also kids and adults fit well at this table and can also double as a board game table or jigsaw puzzle space.  We do understand your special need for comfort and hope you found the recliner and the oversized sofa to be to your liking. Location, location, location! Conveniently located near the Fall River entrance to RMNP, and right next door to the Wapiti Restaurant, serving delicious meals! Surprisingly, the condo is very quiet, minimizing the noise from the restaurant and the road while maximizing the sound of the stream out back. You will not only enjoy the decor of this unit, which beautifully typifies the Rocky Mountains, but you may find some very helpful information on the bookshelf regarding local trails. Although we came well stocked to meet our own needs, we did snoop around to see how well stocked the condo is to meet yours, including some first aid items in the upstairs bathroom.We met together for an annual girls hiking trip, so we spent the better part of our time outdoors. However, one of us thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub, while others thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the back porch. We kept our eye out for wildlife due to our location and were quite pleased with the big bull elk who visited the front yard.We had one minor problem during our stay and made a quick call to Uly who answered immediately and cared for the problem equally as fast.Uly left us without any confusion. His attention to detail and provision of it are impeccable. Perhaps it is a generational thing, but it was so nice to simply be able to understand our instructions for the week. This is absolutely the best place I have ever stayed in Estes Park over the last 35 years!!!

Perfect place, perfect location, perfect host! Our unit was right on Fall River. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this host was the best - super communicative and responsive. We will definitely try to stay here again.

We are now able to spend more time in Estes enjoying our condo and the ideal mountain climate, wonderful natural environment and amazing hiking trails at RMNP.
In 2025, we took over as managers and hosts of our unique short term rental to personally assist and coordinate the booking of your visit, share helpful information and answer any questions, before and during your stay. We delight in the experiences our guests create making their own beautiful memories through the love of nature and adventure. Hoping you enjoy our home away from home by Fall River.

We love the natural beauty and peaceful setting of the unique Fall River area, with mountain views and visiting wildlife, and yet enjoy the close proximity to both downtown and RMNP. We decided to renovate our home and meticulously re-design and upgrade to our taste, amenities and comfort.
In between our own stays, we want to share our beautiful home with you, so you too, can experience the beauty and magic of this place and location, and create memories that last a life-time.

Location! Location! Location!
Estes has the ideal mountain summer climate, wonderful natural environment and wildlife, and our beautiful second home is perfectly located on the banks of meandering Fall River. It is nestled amongst trees and amidst panoramic Mountain Views. One can safely experience frequent elk, big sheep horn and other wildlife sightings around the property, and a family of Marmots that live in the river rock bank - please don’t disturb or they’ll chirp loudly as a warning.
Condo is conveniently located 1 mile from downtown and just 3 miles from RMNP's Fall River entrance. Home-cooked meals can be readily prepared in our well-stocked kitchen, or guests can drive or walk into town to a variety of restaurants - or just walk next door to Wapiti Pub & Restaurant for drinks, casual dining or steaks.
