This vacation home is located in a very quiet neighborhood, approximately 1 km from the beach. The house faces south/east, and the terrace offers a wonderful view of the Calpe skyline and the Peñón de Ifach. There are bars and restaurants 500 m away, and shops in town.

The 140 m² house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom/half-bath, a living/dining room, a kitchen opening onto the covered terrace, and a first floor + pool area.
On the first floor, there is a large living/dining room with an open kitchen, 1 shower room, 1 double bedroom, and a covered terrace.

Surrounding the 8 x 4 m private pool with stairs is an open terrace with artificial grass, a lounge area with a canvas canopy, and a portable grill.
There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
Cleaning fee: 90€, electricity charged based on usage.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique villa à Calp ! La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. La piscine privée, le jardin et la vue sur la mer (ou sur la montagne, selon le cas) nous ont permis de vraiment déconnecter et profiter du cadre idyllique. Le quartier est calme, tout en étant proche des commerces, des plages et du centre-ville. Les hôtes étaient très accueillants et disponibles pour répondre à nos questions.Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci pour cette belle parenthèse

Escapade à Calpe

Une énorme et magnifique surprise. La maison est beaucoup mieux que sur les photos, la vue sur la baie de Calp est superbe. La communication avec l'agence au top. Seuls bémols : la cuisine n'est pas fonctionnelle et la salle de bain mérite un rafraichissement. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances et nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

Entspannend

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Casa Aitana. Der wunderschöne Blick auf die Bucht von Calpe war jeden Tag ein Genuss. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Benjamin war super nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden wiederkommen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir konnten herrlich entspannen weils ruhig und völlig autark dort war. Auch das Preis Leistungsverhältnis in der gesamten Umgebung war sehr gut. Wir können das Objekt in dieser tollen Lage absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüsse Heiko und Eva Weylo

Tranquilidad Absoluta

Villa preciosa, muy grande y muy completa. La zona de piscina muy espaciosa, piscina grande y con zona de barbacoa y chill out. Planta baja sencilla con nevera , lavadora ,ducha, y baño. Planta alta 2 dormitorios, Baño, salón, cocina y terraza con vistas top. Por poner algún pero no tiene aire acondicionado uno de los dos dormitorios ( aunque ya lo sabiamos) Estancia maravillosa, tranquila y con vistas. Un poco alejado del centro y de supermercados. Necesitas coche si o si.

Vistas impresionantes

El alojamiento tiene todo lo q necesitas. Lo mejor es el exterior, las fotos no le hacen justicia. Benjamin y su hermana son encantadores. Pasamos unos días muy buenos, para repetir sin dudarlo.

Ferienhaus mit Aussicht

Alles was zum gelungenen Urlaub gehört war vorhanden. Eine super Aussicht auf Calpe und den Felsen war täglich ein Genuß.

nous sommes venus chercher du beau temps , nous n'avons pas été déçus la villa est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos et quelle vue magnifique sur la baie de Calpé seule petite critique, la cuisine n'est pas vraiment fonctionnelle . Allez y les yeux fermés !

Todo correcto, la casa un poco vieja pero limpia. Nos cobraron 45 euros de sobrecoste por la luz cuando no habíamos usado nada fuera de lo común, el aire acondicionado lo usamos apenas cuatro o cinco horas durante las tres semanas de estancia... Un poco raro Lo mejor la piscina
