The kitchen-living room is decorated in light colors and offers several cozy sitting areas, where you can spend sociable hours at meals or playing board games. On cool evenings, warm yourself in front of the fireplace while listening to the crackling fire.



The house is located on a secluded lot with several terraces around the house. Enjoy the peace and good weather in the garden or on the beautiful covered terrace.



The area of Grønninghoved is scenic with forest, meadows and beach, making it an ideal vacation destination for nature lovers. The nearest larger town, Kolding, is only a few minutes away by car. The pedestrian zones of the city and the Kolding Storcenter offer numerous opportunities for shopping trips. Here you will also find Koldinghus Castle, which is definitely worth a visit in this beautiful part of Denmark. The beach has been voted the most child-friendly beach in Denmark several times and is therefore ideal for families with children.
