Our private guesthouse AM WIESENGRUND is located in a quiet, safe and conveniently situated villa-green area in the western part of the city of Vienna, 8 minutes from the A1 (Westautobahn) - exit Wien-Auhof
Apartment BELLEVUE is a spacious, cozy, fully equipped apartment, plenty of space, ideal for families, ideal for groups of friends, we are also happy if you bring your four-legged friend on vacation.
Large terrace with garden furniture and direct access to the well-kept garden.
Very good infrastructure and transport connections, you can reach the city center in 30 minutes, bus station 150m. The buses run every 10 minutes to the streetcar (line 49) or to Wien-Hütteldorf station/underground station (U4).
Stores, supermarket and restaurants within a radius of 200-400m,
Large Shopping center "Auhof" 2km
Nearby (15 minutes): Schönbrunn Palace, Zoo
PARKING directly in front of the house, Vienna is a paid SHORT PARKING ZONE from Monday to Friday from 9am - 10pm (except public holidays)
Day parking permits are available from the landlord, costs EUR 4.10 per day
Directly from the house, away from roads, you can make beautiful forest and meadow walks, explore hiking trails in the Vienna Woods.
We, Ilse and Otto, your hosts, live in the house ourselves and are at your disposal for questions, information or wishes concerning your stay in Vienna.

Ilse and Otto were amazing hosts who were kind, accommodating and answered any questions that we had about the rental, Vienna and greater Austria. The rental property was exactly what we needed for our group and the accommodations were more than adequate. This charming cottage will be a beautiful memory and the kindness of the hosts made us feel like we were staying with close friends. I could not recommend this rental highly enough and hope to stay there again at some point in the near future.

Five days in Vienna

The flat is well-equipped and pleasant to stay in. It is very quiet, and with a lovely garden. The hosts live upstairs and were very welcoming.

We stayed with our three teenagers in this well kept spacious apt in a quiet neighborhood. Great info from Otto on how to get around town with public transit and what to see. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Great hosts

There were five people in our party and with 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms it was easy to get ready for the day. If we decide to return to Vienna in the future we would love to stay at the same place and will recommend it to our friends.

A family home away from home.

Ilse and Otto's apartment was perfect for our family. We had an Easter egg hunt in the yard, amidst the beautiful flower gardens. There was room to spread out, and we really apprexiated the 3 bathrooms when it was time for all 7 of us to get ready . The neighborhood was lovely and we had lical dinners twice. Worked out so well, with 2 little boys 7 and 10.

Great hosts

Isle and Otto were by far the best hosts we have ever had. They were very helpfull and followed thru with our requests.When we asked for restaurant recomendations, Otto took us to an excellent neighborhood restaurant. The public transportation was excellent from our house to Vienna,especially with their directions. The place was clean and met our needs very well. We loved the location and back yard.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen allerdings gibt es ein paar Dinge die Verbesserungs fähig sind. Uns ist aufgefallen dass sehr viele Hunde Haare auf dem Teppichen und Sofas war. Insgesamt war der Boden sehr dreckig.

Situé dans en bordure de la forêt viennoise tout en étant à proximité du centre

Malgré la chaleur, la proximité de la forêt a apporté de la fraîcheur le soir. Avec les transports en commun, il faut compter une demi-heure pour être au centre de Vienne. Le logement est grand et spacieux en tout point conforme à la description. La communication avec les hôtes est facile car ils logent sur place.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir saßen sehr gerne auf der Terrasse. Die Lage war mit Hund perfekt, da wir direkt vom Haus ins Grüne losgehen konnten. Auch die Verbindung in die Wiener Innenstatt war unkompliziert.Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Die Wohnung ist groß und super geschnitten! Die alte Einrichtung gibt der Wohnung den perfekten Flair! Wir hätten es uns nicht anders wünschen können. Busverbindung zum Bahnhof in wenigen Metern zu erreichen, von dort gelangt man überall hin. Ilse und Otto sind sehr freundlich hilfsbereit

Große wohnung nicht weit von Wien

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat alles was man so braucht. Die vermieter sind wirklich ganz lieb und nett. Wien ist leicht zu erreichen mit auto oder öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder.

schöne Wohnung mit sympathischen Gastgebern

Es ist eine wirklich schöne Wohnung und dank den drei getrennten Badezimmern perfekt für den Familienurlaub. Es ist, wie man auf den Bildern erkennen kann, nicht die allermodernste Ausstattung, wir haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der nächsten Wien-Reise sehr sehr gerne wieder! :-)
