Wood-look tile flooring and underfloor heating are featured in all rooms.<br><br>Take a short trip to the charming little Baltic Sea town of Eckernförde with its resort tax-free beach, or explore the gently rolling landscape of the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. The Kiel Canal, many places worth seeing, and historic towns in Schleswig-Holstein await you.<br><br>YOUR VACATION HOME<br>Enjoy the fantastic, unobstructed panoramic view of the 1,034-hectare Wittensee from the new and comfortable ground-floor apartment “Seeperle.” It is located in a vacation home built in 2020 on the edge of the large lakeside property, which is situated on an active family farm with livestock, surrounded by nature and close to the Baltic Sea. <br><br>The vacation apartment was designed to be accessible.<br><br>LIVING ROOM:<br>Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can gaze directly out over Lake Wittensee from the cozy sofa—a view that changes constantly with the wind and weather. <br>The spacious, white dining set is positioned in the center of the room, offering you an unobstructed view of the lake and the well-tended garden. Morning, midday, and evening sunlight fills the room with sunshine.<br><br>Satellite TV, an LCD flat-screen TV (106.07 cm, 42 inches), a Blu-ray DVD player, Wi-Fi, a stereo system with radio, USB, iPod, and CD player, games, books, and detailed informational materials provide plenty of entertainment.<br><br>The white furniture is designed in a modern Scandinavian style. The floor is covered with high-quality wood-look tiles. Underfloor heating throughout the space provides pleasant warmth. Cream-colored walls and well-placed light sources give the room a warm atmosphere. Electric roller shutters provide light and sun protection.
