Your home away from home.
One bedroom guest house in Edgartown recently built in Spring of 2025. This adorable guest house is a stand alone home with its own driveway, professionally landscaped and designed for privacy.

This peaceful cottage features WIFI, comfortable year-round heating and AC, king bed with 100% cotton bedding, towels, washer & dryer, comfortable remote workspace and a patio with outdoor private shower. Living room and bedroom have TVs.

Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktail on the front porch or rear patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or simply relaxing indoors, this superb retreat offers a calm and inviting atmosphere. A great place to call home base while you're away.

There is a bike path at the entrance to this private neighborhood and Morning Glory Farm is a half mile walk or bike ride away. Several popular beaches are within a 2-3 mile radius and beach chairs are provided.

Hosts are happy to provide recommendations for restaurants, shopping, island events, hikes, running trails and other activities.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest home in Edgartown. Everything was exactly as described. It was clean (immaculate), beautifully decorated and designed, and incredibly peaceful. The space was brand new, and each area was thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The kitchen was especially impressive and truly fully equipped with new appliances, cookware, utensils, and thoughtful extras that make it feel immediately welcoming and easy to settle into. The hosts even left a few treats and essentials, so thoughtful, and the special touches made such a difference after traveling. It felt more like staying at a friend's beautifully designed home than a rental.We especially loved the property's privacy and relaxing on the porch and patio after long days exploring the island. The location was perfect!! Close to beaches, shopping, bike paths, and Morning Glory Farm, while still feeling quiet and tucked away. We woke up to chirping birds and even saw a deer walk by. Best of all worlds!The hosts were wonderful and made the entire experience easy and welcoming, including great local recommendations. This truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again (and again). Highly recommend!!

As I shared with Paul and Patty, I rarely review properties…but this property exceeded our expectations. Brand new. Spotless. Beautifully finished. Great location, but most likely you will need a car or bikes….we opted for bikes and we could get almost everywhere on them within 5 miles or less. Close to harbor, great restaurants, cocktails and shopping. But the real win here is the home. The property has gorgeous landscaping and is very private. Plan on spending time on the front porch for coffee or the back porch for evening cocktails. The outdoor shower…just icing on this delicious cake!

Our stay in Edgartown was absolutely wonderful! The accommodations were everything we hoped for and more—cozy, clean, quaint, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that great care had been taken to create a welcoming and relaxing environment.The property itself was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to unwind and enjoy our time on the island. The host was exceptionally friendly, responsive, and helpful, offering recommendations and ensuring that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable.One of the highlights was the outdoor shower—it was truly amazing! It added such a unique and memorable touch to the experience and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay.If you're looking for a charming, comfortable, and well-appointed place to stay in Edgartown, this is it. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
