The kitchenette and bathroom are clean and convenient, while the excellent climate control keeps the condo comfortable year-round. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this delightful spot offers a cozy retreat at this well-known, ideal location. We think our place will help you experience everything Naples has to offer with so much within walking distance! You'll find 3 famous restaurants on this property like hidden gems of fun and delicious food. Harold's Place is recognized for the 'Best Burgers in Naples'! Vesuvio's Pizza and Bar, and Fujiyama's offers Japanese grill-side steak, and sushi! Gulfcoast Inn is the name of the complex, and we believe our unit 156 is the best one here, not only for it's impeccable condition, but for it's location - a few steps from parking and the beautiful pool, yet private! A beautiful 1 mile walk through exclusive neighborhoods leads you to the endless miles of public beaches on the Gulf. 5th Avenue is a short drive south. We love this place so much and we are honored to be able to share it with you! Enjoy!

The unit was nice but very misleading. It was advertised as a condo and it was just a glorified hotel room. Very small. The amenities in the “condo” were sub par-chincy towels, my gym towels are better, coffee pot but no filters or coffee! Come on, even Motel 6 provides coffee! One roll of toilet paper was allotted to us for a five day stay! Really?? Very disappointing. The pool was nice and close to the room. That was the only real perk. Bedding was nice. We will not stay here again. We were told by the Gulf Coast Inn staff that we could not use the complimentary pool towels, newspaper, breakfast or maid service. We had to jump through hoops just to stay in this “condo”. What a waste.

Lenora, every detail that you are complaining about was clearly stated in our listing, and not misleading in any way. Surely you chose our place by viewing all the photos that clearly show every detail, including the fact that it’s a studio condo that comfortably accommodates two people. Every amenity, including coffee filters are also provided (kitchenette cabinets). It also states that starter paper towels and toilet paper are provided and that guests need to shop for the remaining supplies they may need. Additionally, you were also informed in our listing that the continental breakfast and pool towels are not included. We provided two brand new, plush, Naples towels in our condo for your pool use that were apparently also overlooked by you. Also Lenora, unlike a hotel, vacation rental condos are cleaned at the end of the guests stay which is what you were charged for. We’re disappointed you didn’t contact us, as we would have been happy to help. We have never had prior complaints. Moving forward, please read listings fully before taking the time to book and then complain that it wasn’t what you expected.

I’ve loved spending time with family and friends in SW Florida since I was a little boy. There’s simply nothing as rejuvenating and a 3 hour flight from northern IL weather, to paradise. The Gulf area breezes make this the perfect FL climate and I’m very fortunate to have found this lovely condo in such an amazing location. I'm a professional welder by trade and I'm lucky enough to know this slice of sunshine is here when I might be traveling through. Every time I come here I just can’t get enough of everything! I can walk or bike anywhere I need or want to go, in minutes. Unlimited dining options, the beaches, shopping, exclusive neighborhoods with impeccable landscaping ideas, 5th Avenue beauty and excitement, amazing custom automobiles of the finest makes and models to get my heart racing, incredible boats and fishing, and so much more! Then back to the peace of this condo to enjoy one of the 3 restaurants or relax at the pool. I’m happy to share my slice of paradise with you, so enjoy! Braxton

I chose this neighborhood because my mom’s best friend lives a few blocks away and always talked about what a fun place this is. She said the location in Naples is most important, and this was ideal, so I looked into it and totally agreed. We have the best of everything here! Truly!

What I think makes my condo unique, is how well cared for it is. I’m a clean-freak and I have a professional cleaning company that feels the same way. Also, its location within the complex is perfect because the parking spots are so close that carrying things to and from my car is easy. Open the shutters to beautiful, lush Florida landscaping. Walk a few steps through a privacy gate to the amazing pool with lounge chair food service! Oh, no stairs either! Love it!
