Location and host were 5/5. Lots of garage parking, entrance to the subway is 1/2 block away, taxi and Uber pickup/drop-off was easy. The host response time and communication was high quality and friendly.The apartment is a little subpar 3/5: dilapidated stairwell, squeaky floors, bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. Windows leaked diminishing the efficacy of the heating units. Glad there were extra blankets. Positive things: clean overall with clean sheets and towels. Quiet building. No street noise.

This apartment is not near Central Park it's on Lexington Avenue, totally misleading. There's so many bad things to say I don't know where to start. It's an old rundown building with no heat (and it was cold). All the furniture is old and some is torn apart. No where in the bedrooms to put your belongings, you have to leave them on the floor. I was told not to talk to the neighbors, as they are mean. There wasn't anyone else in the building. No instructions as to what to do if there was a fire. Its on the 3rd floor which your not told till you arrive. I want my money back it was totally misrepresented.
