Cozy Mallorcan Style Villa "Es Ratolí" with Pool
Cozy villa in Majorcan style, in the residential area of Cala d'Or just 150 meters from the luxurious Marina.
The luxurious marina of Cala d'Or offers a lovely promenade by the sea and a variety of restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors.
At 450 meters from villa Es Ratolí is Cala Petita, one of the most beautiful beaches in the southeast of Mallorca and has a cafeteria, restaurant and showers. Other nearby beaches are Cala Gran and Cala Esmeralda. The center of Cala d'Or is only a 2 minute walk away.
Cala d'Or is a picturesque Mediterranean village of white houses, characterized by tranquility and good atmosphere, perfect to enjoy a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In addition it has a wide range of restaurants, the main attraction being the "Old Steak Houses" or tapas restaurants.
Es Ratolí, with a completely fenced garden, has a private swimming pool, parking and barbecue.
This beautiful house is distributed on three floors and has space to accommodate 8 people (babies included), has air conditioning in all bedrooms and offers all the comforts for a relaxing vacation.
Through a small tropical garden you enter the house which has on the first floor a large fully equipped kitchen, the living room with a comfortable sofa, TV and view of the private pool and the dining room with space for all occupants. From here, a glass door leads to the covered terrace next to the pool and barbecue area, ideal for breakfast or to enjoy a beautiful sunset. On the first floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there is the master bedroom with private balcony, two other double bedrooms and a family bathroom.
In the basement there is a large laundry room.
It is not necessary to rent a car to enjoy a dream vacation. The strategic location of villa Es Ratolí allows you to reach all the places of interest in Cala d'Or on foot, although if you wish to discover the wonderful island of Mallorca, which we enthusiastically recommend, you can rent a car from a local company or use the public bus service.
Central heating service is available at an additional cost and upon prior notice to the host.
