CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

Early check -in or late check- out is based on availability with an extra fee associated.
For early check-in or after check-out We offer AZRH lounge:
Lounge bag drop off only is $10 a bag
Lounge is $35 to hang out, drop bags of, have coffee, play pool, work, use of unlimited WIFI, watch TVs throughout and more
Lounge is $60 for all above with chef made food

Effective 1/1/2024 a $1000 incidental/ noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violation occurred.

- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.

- You will receive simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals.

Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 26, and no pets - `service pets are allowed`

- Pool heating is optional and available for an additional Daily Fee

*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 30% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.
