• No parties or events — the loft is located in a quiet community. Any signs of any unauthorized gatherings will result immediate cancellation
• No smoking inside the loft. $250-500 smoking fee
• No pets allowed.
• Respect the neighbors — please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 11 PM.
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.
• Check-in / Check-out: Self check-in is available 3pm or later ; check-out by 10am
•Early check in: $50 if available
•Late checkout: $25/hr if available

• Parking: free parking is located within building given at time of booking
