About Unit

Upon entering the condominium, you will find a 24-hour security reception and a shared swimming pool surrounded by lush plants.
The pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The apartment is located on the second floor, accessible by stairs.

On the first level of the apartment, you will find:
• Living room
• Dining area
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Full guest bathroom
• Bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom

On the second level, there are:
• One bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom
• Another bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom
• A private terrace with a small plunge pool for two people, a fountain, and surrounding plants

Optional service:
A maid/cook is available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for USD 20 per day.
She can prepare breakfast and clean the apartment. Guests only need to provide cash for groceries.

For security and community reasons, only registered guests are allowed and outside visitors are not permitted.
