GREAT home in Seminole!

This home was extremely clean and had all the accommodations of home. The location is ideal, in 10 minutes you can be at Madeira Beach. Very quiet neighborhood and there are so many restaurants nearby. I would easily stay here again!

This property was even better than described. From the cleanliness, to the comfortable beds, beach equipment and the pool/spa. One of the nicer properties we have stayed at. Property manager was very helpful and responsive as well. We hope to be back next year!

Very impressed with the vacation rental. Very clean, comfortable, plenty of space and well maintained. Awesome pool and many amenities for the pool and beach for the kids to use. Only 1 mile from the beach with easy access to public beach and parking. Would highly recommend and will be back!!

We absolutely loved this house. The floor plan was so nice and open. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was just amazing! We were in it every day. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Close to everything and we tried almost all of the host’s restaurant suggestions and had some delicious meals. Nothing but a great stay!!

Relaxing Beach Vibe

Upon arrival myself and my husband were very impressed with the curb appeal of the house. Very pretty. It just got better as we entered. Great design, open space and spotless. The outdoor pool and hot tub were just what we were looking for. We were 5 minutes from the beach, restaurants, stores and still had our privacy that we longed for. We are already planning our next visit. We recommend this house to anyone. A family with children would love it as well.

Perfect vacation getaway

Upon arrival the house was so clean and beautiful. Very spacious. My family of 6 was very pleased. The pool is perfect. Even for our 2 year old. All the amenities were such a plus! There is even a bonus room that is perfect for working out. We plan on revisiting time and time again. The location couldn't have been better. Perfect location, perfect accomodations, amazing pool!!

We came here for Spring Break as a family of 4, 2 kids are 10 and 8 yr old girl and boy. This was a perfect vacation home. Both kids had a king sized bed and a large tv, same with the master. The couch is very large and comfortable. The only knocks would be it was very dirty under the couch when you reclined jt, the passkey to get in the house was never set (so we had to call...fixed in 3 mins) and the water pressure in the showers was not good at all. Those are minimal things, everything else was a HR. Perfect location to go to Clearwater, Tampa, Madeira Beach, St Petersburg..etc. We hopped all over and loved the location to do it all. The house itself is a 10/10, but add in the amazing pool and hot tub, it was perfect. Kids played in the pool every min we were at the house and not sleeping. Neighborhood is calm, safe and near lots of shopping. A overall, one of the best ever vacation homes for a week.

We Loved It!

This centrally located property was a great fit for us....close to everything, yet far enough away to have a quiet retreat when we were back at the house. We were able to bring both of our dogs and the house was very dog friendly. We were visiting friends in St. Pete, Tampa Bay, and a location near Clearwater. We were able to do that easy and still visit nearby beaches. Madiera Beach was the closest, and parking there was easy-peasy; so it didn't matter that it was a short drive, instead of a short walk. Although a longer walk was possible, which we did one morning with the dogs, it's not recommended in the heat of the day. The house was tastefully decorated and everything we needed for our stay was available.

Home away from home

This property was the perfect home away from home as our house down the road is being remodeled. Although it is a 2 bed, 2 bath home, it felt so spacious and open because of the open layout in the living room. The kitchen had all the amenities of home, as well as the kitchen gadgets we needed. The home is dog friendly and was perfect for our two senior labs. The pool is beautiful! It also has an alarm on the back door which helped us feel better about our 2 year old accessing the pool. Great family neighborhood for walks with our kids and dogs each night. Of course if you are coming for vacation, it is the perfect distance to the beach and restaurants as well as stores for shopping. Would highly recommend for a clean, relaxing Florida get away.

Perfect Getaway!

This property was exactly what we were looking for!! The host was responsive, helpful and timely in all of our interactions. The property was a few minutes drive to Madeira Beach, which was less crowded than Clearwater beach and offered a wide variety of waterfront restaurants and live music options. The pool and hot tub were perfect for days we wanted to hang around the house. There were so many beach towels, extra bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets) items for the beach, pool noodles (we added a few pool floaties to the collection); all of that made us feel right at home and set us up for a great time. The patio by the pool, equipped with an additional fridge, was perfect for relaxing breaks between swimming. The teenager in our group loved the home so much, she requested that we come stay again!!! Not sure you can get a better review from a teenager than that ;)

Quiet, Comfortable, and Peaceful

My husband and I were in town for an unconventional vacation. We both needed some time to rest and relax from our busy lives back home. We also were coming to pick up our son from college and help him haul all of his belongings home for the summer. Coincidentally, my son also required a surgery during this same week. So, we were hopeful for a peaceful getaway capable of being a comfortable place for my son to recover from his surgery prior to our trek back home.This home did not disappoint.The house is just as advertised. It is located in the middle of a quiet neighborhood in Seminole, FL. It was perfect in size for our needs. It was clean and stocked with comfort essentials (cooking supplies, towels, blankets, etc). The house is a short drive to everything you could want…food, shopping, the beach, etc.The pool and back yard are lovely. Perfect scenery for morning coffee. A great place to lay around and get some sun. The pool was refreshing and beneficial for the days where the heat and humidity were too high for walking around Florida. The hot tub was a perfect way to wind down at night and decompress.Considering this house is in the middle of a neighborhood, I would have never dreamed it would be so quiet and peaceful. The only sounds we would hear were that of nature. Faint sounds of chickens, roosters, birds of all types, and squirrels. It was wonderful.
