From the spacious south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the view over the rooftops of the old town toward the marina and the Binnenmüritz. The balcony is not visible from the outside. Parking for your car is available at the building, where you can also lock up any bicycles you bring with you (dead-end street). A one-time flat fee of 15 euros for e-bike charging is paid on-site to the host.
