A great central spot. The host was amazing and everything in the apartment worked a charm. It’s noisy some times but it’s New York!

We had a great stay at this property in New York. The place was very clean, well‑kept, and in excellent condition. The location is perfect — we were traveling for business, and being so close to the Javits Center made everything incredibly convenient. The only thing I would recommend is adding an air conditioner to the main bedroom, as it gets quite hot. Other than that, everything was wonderful and we would stay again. Thank you.

Below expectations 1. Size: studio size with dividing sliding walls (thin walled)2. Outside noise: very loud. If you’re a light sleeper, you’ll have trouble sleeping here. 2. No amenities (shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent) provided.3. Location - not the greatest neighborhood. Smoke shops, liquor stores, a small church next door with people passed out on the steps. 4. Dryer didn’t work and they didn’t fix it during my stay. 5. The neighbor downstairs was blasting their music which reverberated the floors. 6. They asked me to leave the keys in a lockbox for maintenance to come take a look at the dryer. When I got back from my day trip, the host couldn’t get me the keys so I was stranded outside for 2 hrs. I ended up getting a hotel room. Once I received notification that the keys were available, I picked up my property and left for my hotel.

Great location in mid-town just a few blocks from Times Square, Broadway shows, and excellent restaurants. Two blocks from the subway. Competitive price and excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely stay again.
