Set slopeside beside Kimberley Alpine Resort, the Summit View Collection combines two private townhouses in the Inn West complex—ideal for extended families, golf groups, and friends who want to stay together with space to spread out. Ski-in access, a short walk to downhill runs, nearby trails, and shared on-site strata amenities including an indoor hot tub, indoor sauna, and seasonal outdoor pool. Comfortable gathering spaces, two kitchens, and four bathrooms. Sleeps 14.
Welcome to the Summit View Collection — two renovated mountain townhouses in the Inn West complex, booked together for groups who want to stay close while keeping privacy and breathing room.
While the two townhouses are not side by side, they are located within the same Inn West building on the top (second) floor, connected by a covered outdoor breezeway at the front of the complex. The building includes approximately 20 townhomes along this walkway, and the two Summit View homes are about 10 units apart — an easy, flat walk that most guests comfortably move between in minutes.

Our homes are organized into place-based collections, including VIP YXE in Saskatoon and Summit View in Kimberley, each designed for calm, comfort, and longer, more grounded stays.
This home is part of the Summit View Collection, a small group of alpine townhouses near Kimberley Alpine Resort, designed for seasonal mountain living and quiet evenings.
Located within a quiet residential community — not in the resort hotel village — and slopeside to Kimberley Alpine Resort, you’ll enjoy ski-in access and a short 3 minute walk to the downhill runs, with Nordic, hiking, and biking trails nearby, while golf courses, downtown Kimberley, restaurants, and shopping are a short drive away. After a day out, unwind in the shared indoor hot tub and indoor sauna, or cool off in the seasonal outdoor pool during summer.

Parking & Seasonal Property Care
• Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Inn West parking lot in front of the complex.
• Snow clearing: A professional crew attends after snowfalls and aims to clear walkways and parking access within 24 hours. Guests may be asked to move vehicles temporarily to allow for safe and effective snow removal.
• Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna & Property Care: The clubhouse, seasonal pool, hot tub, and common areas are professionally maintained as part of regular property care. From time to time, the pool and hot tub may be temporarily unavailable to allow for routine servicing, water treatment, or safety-related maintenance (such as chemical balancing or “shocking”). These closures are typically short and help ensure the facilities remain clean, safe, and enjoyable for all guests.
House Rules & Fit (Important)
Summit View homes are designed for relaxed, four-season mountain living — from ski days and summer trails to festivals, golf, and quiet evenings at home. Whether you’re staying for a weekend or a longer visit, these homes are best suited for guests who appreciate a peaceful setting and shared community amenities.
A few simple guidelines help keep the experience comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.
• Quiet Hours / No Parties: Please keep noise low between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for neighbours. Homes are for quiet enjoyment only. Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted.
• Smoke-Free Home: No smoking or vaping indoors or on Strata property.
• Pets: One dog only (no cats) is permitted with prior approval and must be registered on the reservation. Please declare pets in the booking count. Use the provided pet blanket on furniture and pick up and dispose of waste in outdoor bins.
• Amenities: Use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, saunas, hammocks, and outdoor features is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Pets are not permitted in pools, hot tubs, or saunas.
• Bike Storage: With trails just across the street, bike racks are available under the stairwells. To protect the homes bikes are not permitted indoors.
• Registered Guests Only: All overnight guests — including adults, children, and infants — must be registered on the reservation. Overnight visitors who are not registered are not permitted. Day visitors require prior approval.
• Additional Guest Fees: The reservation includes a base number of guests. Stays exceeding this are subject to an additional per-guest, per-day fee, applied for the entire duration of the stay. Guest count changes must be submitted through the booking platform.
• Rental Agreement: A standard short-term rental agreement is provided after booking, and must be signed within 48 hours. For reservations made less than 48 hours before check-in, the renter agreement must be signed within 4 hours and check-in instructions will not be provided until the renter agreement is signed.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required up to $300 for whole homes. The deposit must be authorized on the guest’s credit card via our booking system (OwnerRez) prior to arrival and released after checkout, subject to no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Our rates include standard cleaning based on typical use. If a stay requires excessive cleaning beyond a standard turnover (for example, substantially increased cleaning time or labour), additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the security deposit based on documented service provider charges.
