Pool Heat Policy
Pool heat is $150 per day the heater runs. The pool requires 24–48 hours to reach temperature, the heater must be turned on prior to arrival, and guests are charged for those pre-arrival heating days in addition to the days the pool is heated during their stay.

Regardless of the length of stay, the minimum pool heat fee is $450.

Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in and will remain on for the full length of the reservation once activated.

The owner do stay in the guest house onsite occasionally, they do not access the backyard.

Although this property is perfect for entertaining, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party and Event Policy. The City of Phoenix takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines and the removal of this listing from the various platforms. This doesn't mean you can't enjoy this space with large groups, it just means you need to respect the neighbors and quiet hours.
