Our home away from home. We love Las Vegas so much we have a studio there to get away from the cold weather of Colorado, When we are not there we would love for you to enjoy Las Vegas the way we do. Our studio is spacious featuring a king size bed and a queen size sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, playing at the pool, gambling, taking in a show, or enjoying one of the amazing restaurants Las Vegas has to offer. The bathroom not only has a shower but also a bathtub so if you overdo walking, since we are close to everything, you can soak your feet in the jetted tub. A bit more than just a hotel. We have a small kitchen with a stove top, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker for anyone who may want to heat up leftovers or make a meal with the amazing ingredients you can purchase from the Park MGM just a couple blocks walk. They sell the most incredible Italian food you can eat there or bring back to our place to prepare it for a night in for your special someone. Our studio stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. The balcony faces the strip and the seasonal pools, hot tubs, cabanas, lounge chairs and umbrellas. As our guests you have access to the tower pools, and the MGM Grand pool complex pools, lazy river, and poolside bars. The gym is open 24 hours so you can sneak in a workout after maybe over indulging a bit. We don’t bring a vehicle on most visits since we can walk or take the monorail to most anywhere, but if you have a car the valet is free. The entire grounds are smoke free with a few specific smoking areas this makes most folks happy. We have been married over 30 years, and we can’t put a finger on why we love Vegas…the people, the endless possibilities and things to see and do…we found ourselves out there as often as possible. We looked for a place that felt like home but also an escape from home all at the same time. The Signature does that for us. The unit is perfect size for us. There are pools, bar’s, restaurants, Starbucks, a gym, and even laundry. Home away from home for us…we hope you agree and enjoy it as much as we do. I found on many visits we had no where to relax. I was either out on the strip or trying to get comfortable sitting in a small hotel room, and I am at the age a bit of downtime is needed to refresh and get ready for the next round, and having a couch and a balcony to just relax is just the thing I needed. We hope you unwind and relax, in our place as we do. This wonderful spot has you covered for you Las Vegas adventure.
