For shared use: large garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (14 x 6 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Shop 100 m, restaurant 120 m, café 130 m, pub garden 100 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Playa les Desveses 2020

Hemos pasado 3 días estupendos en esta estancia. El apartamento está recién reformado por lo que está impecable. Tiene unas vistas fantásticas a la playa y a la piscina desde la terraza y habitación principal. Las comidas en la terraza han sido lo mejor de todo. La playa está a 5 min y el entorno de la urbanización es tranquilo a pesar de que pasa la carretera de las Marinas por la parte de detrás. Por la noche teníamos que cerrar la ventana para dormir sin ruidos pero como tiene Aire Acondicionado no teníamos mayor problema. A remarcar que las llaves hay que recogerlas y devolverlas en una agencia en inmobiliaria en Denia, a 20 min en coche del apartamento. Cualquier problema te lo tienen que resolver ellos, por lo que se pierde bastante tiempo en la resolución. A nosotros nos dieron un mando del garaje que no funcionaba y pasó 1 día entero hasta que nos hicieron llegar el correcto.

Buena experiencia

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para poder vivir en él, sí bien, deberían de dejar más cubiertos, tazas de desayuno y cuchillos de cocinar (solo había para comer). Es un poco ruidoso, con las ventanas abiertas se oyen los coches de la carretera principal y los fines de semana el restaurante con terraza que hay delante, pero se puede descansar. La gestión centralizada en las propias oficinas de las llaves, es un retraso. No nos facilitaron info actualizada de la zona.

Thank you for your feedback. New kitchen utensils have now been added, and the house is currently being re-painted. Regarding noise this is something we are regretably unable to control. Lastly, our local management team have been informed about your comments concerning the speed of the service and will ensure to improve this in the future.
