Really Relaxing & Fun Property, Great Location!

We stayed here for a long weekend to catch up with some old friends, and it was the perfect house to do that. Easy and convenient jumping off point to access RMNP, and a relaxing spot to start and end the days. Great activities and games to pass the time, and quick drive into Estes Park when needed. Would definitely rent here again!

Very high quality game room. Perfect for when we didn’t want to go out. Everything was thought of right down to sound machines in each bedroom. Thanks for a wonderful vacation home.

Along the river, extremely clean, extra nice touches in laundry room and kitchen-not worn out and beat up like some places. The garage room/game room was our family hang out if we weren’t outside-fun for kids age 8 and 10. Adults enjoyed shuffle board-even great grandparents-we had 4 generations staying and it was lovely for all.

Beautiful house right on the river and close to everything

Beautiful house right on the river — we loved the location. The home was very clean and well stocked, which made settling in easy. The game room was a fun bonus, and relaxing in the hot tub after full days in the park was the perfect way to wind down. Host Bailey was great and super responsive. The details on things to do and nearby restaurants were a really nice touch and helped us plan our days. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back

This home is by far our favorite in Estes Park and we were finally able to stay here. It is beautiful! We had so much fun sitting riverside and watching our children safely play in the water. The home has everything you need. Rhe open windows at night gave a beautiful sound of the river and a refreshing breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing place! Minutes to the national park and downtown Estes Park, but still away from the main crowds. We stayed with three adults, two teenage boys and an 11 year old. There was more than enough room, and the kids loved playing in the game room while the adults relaxed on the deck listening to the river.Super clean house, very comfortable beds, and excellent communications with the owner.I highly recommend staying here!

Location was in a very convenient area, we really enjoyed the river view and relaxing environment. If I could mention one thing that would make it better, it would be the downstairs bedroom wasn't working. Luckily, there was an extra fan to use. We loved that the house included many child amenities including a high chair and toys! The host was very quick in responding and overall we were very comfortable!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the convenient location, river views, and relaxing atmosphere. We’re especially happy that the child-friendly amenities helped make your stay more comfortable! We’re very sorry about the downstairs bedroom fan not working and appreciate you letting us know. We’ll be sure to address that so it’s ready for our future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’d love to have you back for another relaxing getaway!

Four adults and a dog celebrated a landmark birthday here. Beautiful bull elk greeted us the first afternoon but were absent the next two days. We enjoyed the kitchen, deck, hot tub, a night sky, and the burbling of Fall River. Our dog was comfortable right away, and this home has been well-cleaned after other dogs—it feels like “a dog place” only in the best ways. Although the location of the VRBO on the booking site appears to be on the steep side of a mountain (I believe it’s intentional to not have the exact location), we were situated right on the water and away from light pollution—it was absolutely lovely.

It sounds like you truly enjoyed everything we love most about the property—the river, deck, hot tub, incredible night sky, and of course the wildlife! We’re especially glad your pup felt comfortable and at home too. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’d love to welcome you back for another mountain getaway anytime!

Such a beautiful home and the location was great! We had 6 people with us and everyone had plenty of space. We loved the game room and having coffee by the river in the mornings. We will most definitely be coming back to stay. The only thing I would recommend is to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and kitchen towels. Other than that it’s stocked well. We had a small issue with the garage door and they were very fast at having it repaired. Very nice host!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear that your group had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the home, especially the game room and those peaceful mornings with coffee by the river. We truly appreciate your recommendation about having a few extra paper products and kitchen towels on hand, and we’ll definitely take that into consideration. We’re also glad we were able to get the garage door issue taken care of quickly for you. It was a pleasure hosting your group, and we would absolutely love to have you back for another stay!
