Had a great stay, amenities kept the kids occupied when we were not outside. Close to the parks and shopping. Would recommend.

This home is by far our favorite in Estes Park and we were finally able to stay here. It is beautiful! We had so much fun sitting riverside and watching our children safely play in the water. The home has everything you need. Rhe open windows at night gave a beautiful sound of the river and a refreshing breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing place! Minutes to the national park and downtown Estes Park, but still away from the main crowds. We stayed with three adults, two teenage boys and an 11 year old. There was more than enough room, and the kids loved playing in the game room while the adults relaxed on the deck listening to the river.Super clean house, very comfortable beds, and excellent communications with the owner.I highly recommend staying here!

Four adults and a dog celebrated a landmark birthday here. Beautiful bull elk greeted us the first afternoon but were absent the next two days. We enjoyed the kitchen, deck, hot tub, a night sky, and the burbling of Fall River. Our dog was comfortable right away, and this home has been well-cleaned after other dogs—it feels like “a dog place” only in the best ways. Although the location of the VRBO on the booking site appears to be on the steep side of a mountain (I believe it’s intentional to not have the exact location), we were situated right on the water and away from light pollution—it was absolutely lovely.

Location was in a very convenient area, we really enjoyed the river view and relaxing environment. If I could mention one thing that would make it better, it would be the downstairs bedroom wasn't working. Luckily, there was an extra fan to use. We loved that the house included many child amenities including a high chair and toys! The host was very quick in responding and overall we were very comfortable!

Such a beautiful home and the location was great! We had 6 people with us and everyone had plenty of space. We loved the game room and having coffee by the river in the mornings. We will most definitely be coming back to stay. The only thing I would recommend is to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and kitchen towels. Other than that it’s stocked well. We had a small issue with the garage door and they were very fast at having it repaired. Very nice host!
