Was a perfect place for our stay while visiting Falls Creek Falls state park. Really appreciate the cleanliness and attention to details. Great views of sunrise and sunsets

The property was very clean. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. The back deck was awesome, we spent every evening out there eating dinner. There were 2 grills provided which we used. There was also a fire pit with plenty of wood provided. The view is gorgeous both front and back. It has Roku tv which has plenty of options to watch. There is a washer dryer combo to use. It is close to grocery and some restaurants in Pikeville, all the necessities. There are state parks within 30-45 minutes and Crossville is about 40 minutes away for more options. Would definitely recommend!
