The property is located 1 km from Restaurante Puerto Blanco from the restaurant, 2 km from Casco antiguo de Calpe city, 2 km from Badía de Calpe sand beach, 2 km from Mercadona supermarket, 2 km from Estación de autobuses bus station, 4 km from Las Salinas de Calpe lake, 10 km from Benissa city, 12 km from Altea city, 15 km from Club de golf Ifach golf course, 21 km from Aqualandia water park, 22 km from Benidorm city, 22 km from Fuentes del Algar river, 30 km from Terra Mítica amusement park / theme park, 34 km from Denia city, 66 km from Estación de tren de Alicante train station, 77 km from Aeropuerto de Alicante airport, 129 km from Aeropuerto de Valencia airport. An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.
If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.
A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
Electricity consumption is included in the price (20KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.
A credit card deposit of € 600,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
