La Casa Escaniana Cozy Holiday house with a Heated Pool, Only 200 m from the Beach in Cala Santanyi

The charming chalet is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Santanyí, one of the most beautiful bays in the southeast of Mallorca. Within just a few minutes, you can walk to the turquoise water and fine sandy beach, ideal for relaxing or water sports activities. From the bay's viewpoint, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the famous rock arch "Es Pontas", while kayak and stand-up paddle tours offer the opportunity to discover the coast from a unique perspective.



Only 200 meters away, there is a small supermarket with daily fresh baked goods, while you can find a selection of restaurants at the beach, perfect for a relaxed dinner or a typical "Café con Leche" in the afternoon. Within a few minutes by car, you can reach other island highlights, including idyllic bays such as Cala Sa Nau and Cala Llombards or the famous natural beach Es Trenc with its Caribbean blue water.



The traditional fishing harbour Cala Figuera, just 2 km away, invites you to linger with its charming restaurants along the promenade, while fishing boats return to the harbour with fresh catch. In Santanyí, about 4 km away, you can stroll through typical Mallorcan alleys, discover boutiques or visit the popular weekly market. There are also larger supermarkets, pharmacies and ATMs.



The holiday home offers space for up to six people and features an inviting living and dining area that invites cosy togetherness. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a self-prepared dinner. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the third has two single beds - an ideal layout for families with children. The bright, tiled bathrooms are equipped with showers and a hairdryer. From June to September, air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures.



The outdoor area is perfect for relaxed days under the Mallorcan sun. The spacious terrace with dining table invites you to have breakfast with the family or enjoy long evenings by candlelight. From here, the path leads to the lovingly designed pool area, equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The pool has heating that is activated from April to May and from mid-September to October, reaching a maximum temperature of 26 degrees Celsius. A shady spot under the palm trees invites you to read a book or simply enjoy the tranquillity.



Another highlight is the roof terrace, accessible via stairs. Here you will find a dining table, a lounge, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and water connection. A grill is also available, though a gas bottle must be obtained for its use. This terrace offers the perfect place to fully enjoy the sunset and the wide view of the surroundings. Parking spaces are available on the street next to the house.



Thanks to the central heating, the house is also a wonderful choice in the cooler months. Whether for a relaxed winter holiday or a longer stay during the off-season - here you can expect not only the mild island climate but also a pleasant living feeling.

What is in the house?

Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to ask us.



IMPORTANT!

According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not charge these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in these cases. Please also note that the agency charges a refundable deposit.
