The Space:
Welcome to your newly remodeled Corpus Christi retreat, thoughtfully designed to offer both style and practicality. This home has been fully renovated from top to bottom, featuring brand-new flooring, furniture, appliances, and décor throughout. As you walk through the front door, you’re greeted by a bright, open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen — a perfect gathering space for relaxing, sharing meals, or planning your day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, cookware, and utensils, making meal prep simple and convenient. The living area offers comfortable seating and a welcoming atmosphere to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the city.
To the left of the main living space, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms and a centrally located bathroom. Each bedroom features premium bedding, ample storage, and its own television, ensuring every guest has a private and comfortable space to relax. The bathroom has been completely updated with modern fixtures and a clean, refreshed design.
One of the most unique features of this property is its exceptional parking capacity. Originally used as a commercial office, the property offers space for up to 10 vehicles comfortably, or up to 14 if needed — an uncommon convenience in Corpus Christi and ideal for larger groups, work crews, or travelers with boats and trailers.
Whether you’re visiting for business, a family trip, or a weekend getaway, this home offers a modern, spacious, and highly functional base for your stay in Corpus Christi.
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc., is strictly prohibited inside or around the home. Any evidence of smoking (odor, ash, etc.) will result in an automatic $500 damage charge. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside the home. Smoking marijuana in or around the home will incur a $500 fee, and details about the reservation may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors.
3. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard.
4. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. There are no video recording devices located inside the home.
5. WEAPON POLICY: Guests must provide prior notice and obtain consent for any secured weapons before booking. All weapons present must be properly secured. Failure to provide notice or unauthorized possession of weapons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS: In the event of damage or theft of linens, furniture, or any other items, guests will be responsible for covering the costs.
7. RENTAL AGREEMENT AND ID VERIFICATION
The primary guest will be required to complete a rental agreement and submit I.D. Verification as a part of the reservation process.
8. PRE-ARRIVAL INSPECTION: Before each guest check-in, we perform a comprehensive video walkthrough of the property. This process serves a dual purpose: first, to meticulously document the home's existing condition and cleanliness, thereby protecting guests from being unfairly blamed or charged for pre-existing damage; and second, to establish a clear baseline that allows us to hold guests accountable for any damages incurred during their stay.
9. FURNITURE: Guests are prohibited from moving any furniture. If any furniture is found to have been relocated after the guest's departure, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for associated labor.
