- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is no dishwasher.
- This condo does not have a washer or dryer. However, these amenities are available in Building 2.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Quaint, cottage-y feel

Check in was easy. Directions/instructions were clear. Home was cute with everything we needed for a quick little stay by the ocean.

This trip was a disappointment. Driving up to the resort was a letdown, it is in disarray. It looks like it is literally falling apart. It has not been touched in years or updated. The pools were filthy and needed to be redone. I do have to say the inside of the condo was cute, but had many problems itself. I could not get the sliding glass door to reopen when I had gone out on the balcony. It took me 15 minutes and almost breaking the door to get back in. The balcony was put together by mixed match boards that were not painted and it was rotting. The AC unit in the bathroom was leaking water and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bathtub had been painted and was peeling off. The condo was not cleaned very well either. I am writing this review because I don’t want someone else to spend their hard earned money and be disappointed when they arrive. The pictures are not what the place looks like. I have to say Avant Stay was very accommodating and gave me half the money back on my trip.

Enjoyed our stay

Listing on the room was accurate. Property is under renovation but didn’t cause us any problems. Location is great and easy to get around where we wanted to go. Sliding glass door needs to be fixed. Hard to open and close and doesn’t lock. Third time staying at Villa Del Sol and we really enjoy it!!

Weekend stay

I dont think I would be recommending this place to stay to anyone. The building looked liked paint was just slapped on it, the fire alarms were not working and for the entire trip we were there we had no hot warer. When we contacted the company the day we got there they were unable to send anyone until the next day. The next day it was not fixed until AFTER 9pm when had already gotten back from a long day at the beach and had to take another cold shower. The balcony view we paid for was not accessible (as listed in a previous review that they would fix but was not) the door had to be lifted in order for us to even be able to walk on the balcony. After stating I had a 6 year old taking cold showers they offered a discount that to me was insane for the amount we paid to end up staying.

Our team worked to resolve the problem as quickly as possible once notified, though we recognize the timing was not ideal. While the fire alarm concerns were not reported to us at the time, please know that we take safety very seriously and have since investigated to ensure they are fully operational. We also regret the miscommunication regarding the balcony access and understand how disappointing that was. To acknowledge the inconveniences, we provided a partial compensation, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
