Townhouse Close to beach, lake view, golf cart, 2 bedrooms both with bathrooms

We have been vacationing on 30A for over 20 years. Specifically the Beachwalk Villa area for the past 10 years. We were drawn to this area because of the convenience of the beach, Baytowne Wharf area and the brand new Hotel Effie. Grand Boulevard shopping, Restaurants and Publix Grocery Store are just a few of the amenities of this fabulous location. Plus, directly across the parking lot from our townhome is the Market Shops which feature numerous services, boutiques and eateries. We provide a 6-seater GOLF CART so you can cruise the entire Sandestin Resort at your leisure.
When it's just me and my husband staying we enjoy the quietness of the neighborhood and convenience of the restaurants, grocery store and of course the beach and/or pool steps away from us. Golfing, boating and fishing are also available to those who are interested. As well as tennis, pickle ball and putt putt golf.
When our adult kids and our grandchildren stay they thrive on the beach and Baytowne Wharf which is a mecca for kids and adults. They also enjoy the freedom of the golfcart. There's something about kids riding in golfcarts in the sunshine that thrills them!
We're biased but our set up and location is perfect for those looking for some peace and quiet and convenience during their vacation. We have all the chairs for the beach and toys for the kids located in the outside storage area for your personal use. We require renters insurance through listing site and refundable deposit.
