This stay was perfect for everything our family needed. The host was amazing and communication was very good! JOSE was a blessing as well. I've never had a host with sincere love for guest like he does.Thank you and I cannot wait return again.

A Wonderful and Tranquil Stay in Barceloneta!We had a wonderful stay at Palmas y Brisas in Barceloneta! Alexandra provided us with a comfortable, peaceful, and truly relaxing experience. The home is beautifully furnished with modern amenities, and we especially loved having air conditioning throughout the house! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the luxurious bathroom towels were such a nice touch. It was great having use of washer and dryer. We also enjoyed having access to the above-ground pool, which was perfect for relaxing and unwinding.Jose, Alexandra’s father and property manager, deserves a special mention. He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. His genuine hospitality made us feel especially welcomed and cared for.The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, while still being conveniently located near beautiful beaches and restaurants.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Palmas y Brisas again on our next visit to Puerto Rico. Highly recommended!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The host was extremely attentive to all details from check in to check out. The local manager was not only helpful and attentive but also made excellent suggestions about very local eateries and recreation areas that were specific to our interests. The unit was in excellent working order and is in a very quite, and safe family neighborhood. Very close to local beaches and central to the island if you like to explore both the east and west sides of Puerto Rico. The unit was well appointed with all you will need to cook at home when needed and relax at the beach. From hair dryers to beach towels and surf boards and fishing equipment. We loved the local area and it allowed us to rest and be close to all Puerto Rico has to offer yet stay outside the heavily touristed areas. We loved the local experience. Highly recommend Palmas y Brisas. The 2 bedrooms sleep 6 easily and the beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer on site was incredibly helpful for a longer stay.

We are very responsive hosts and take pride in making sure our guests feel supported and well taken care of throughout their stay. Palmas y Brisas is a place to slow down, enjoy the rhythm of the coast, and experience Puerto Rico the way locals do.
