Raven's Bungalow is a 4-bedroom duplex with an amazing location in historic Breckenridge, just minutes from Main Street and the free ski shuttle. From the deck, enjoy views of downtown and the surrounding ski mountains while relaxing in the private hot tub. It is located on High Street, just a few blocks east of town, and offers an easy walk to Main Street's restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. In the summer, take advantage of nearby hiking trails throughout Breckenridge. During the winter season, skiers can walk 1 block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking area.
This 2,500-square-foot hillside home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed for spending time together. The living room offers mountain views and a woodstove, making it a cozy spot to relax on cold winter evenings. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and bar seating that works well for casual meals or morning coffee. A nearby dining table seats 8 guests. Step outside to the deck to use the BBQ grill during the summer, or enjoy the private hot tub year-round while taking in the mountain scenery.
The upper level includes the primary suite with a TV, mountain views, and an ensuite bathroom. 2 additional queen bedrooms on this level share a hall bathroom. On the lower level, the bunk room features a twin-over-queen bunk bed, desk, TV seating area, and a private bathroom.
Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the garage and 2 vehicles in the driveway. 4-wheel drive is recommended during the winter months.
Please note: Raven's Bungalow Chalet may be rented on its own as a 4-bedroom, Raven's Call Chalet as a 6-bedroom retreat, or both homes together as the Great Raven Grande. Built into the hillside, Raven's Call Chalet is the upper residence and is connected to the lower Raven's Bungalow by a shared wall with a locked interior access door. Each home has its own exterior entrance, garage, hot tub, deck, scenic views, and dedicated outdoor spaces. Raven's Call parking and garage access are located via the alley above High Street, while Raven's Bungalow parking and garage access are on High Street below. When rented separately, guest areas remain private with no interaction between parties.

Great Raven Grande For larger groups, combine Raven's Bungalow Chalet (4 bedrooms) and Raven's Call Chalet (6 bedrooms) to create the Great Raven Grande, offering 10 bedrooms and accommodations for up to 23 guests. This combined layout is ideal for extended families or group getaways. Each chalet retains its own exterior access, with the option to move between the homes through the interior access door, which remains locked when the residences are rented separately. Raven's Bungalow parking and garage access are located on High Street, while Raven's Call Chalet parking and garage access are via the alley above High Street.
