Beautiful, bright vacation home on a large natural plot.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a cozy living room and a bright dining room as an extension of the open kitchen. The house is equipped with among other things TV, Chromecast and WiFi.

Outside you will find a partially covered terrace. Here you can easily prepare your vacation dishes on the large gas grill. On the terrace you will also find a lounge area with a sofa where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the beautiful nature around the house.

The youngest in the family will love the garden, where there is plenty of space to play. In addition, the house is only 200 meters from a green environment where you can bring the picnic basket for an outing.

Schönes Haus, aber kompliziert

Tür ließ sich nicht abschließen. Stromkasten nicht auffindbar. Herd anstellen, eine Kunst. Kommunikation mit FeWo sehr kompliziert und schlecht... Der Strand ist nicht zugänglich, weil privat. Sonst schönes Haus.

Never again!

Zeer vies bij aankomst, we moesten eerst zelf schoonmaken (haren in doucheput muizenkeutels in ovenlade, bruine toiletpot, dichte vieze filter vaatwasser, dus servies en bestek niet schoon, haren en borrelnoten onder bed, sigaretten tussen kussens tuinbank, etc). Vreselijke lawaaiige ligging op kruispunt snelweg en grote doorgaande weg: veel verkeergeluid, ook s'nachts.

Ein Urlaub mit Überraschungen

Das Haus liegt „verkehrsgünstig“ ca. 700 Meter von der Autobahn und direkt an einer stark befahrenen Landstraße. Somit hört man ständig Autoverkehr. Als wir ankamen stellten wir fest, dass das Haus nicht ausreichend gereinigt worden war. Wir mussten saugen, wischen, die Toilette und die Dusche putzen und das Geschirr spülen. Die Kommunikation mit Novasol und FeWo-direkt hierzu war miserabel. Ich habe bis heute keine Rückmeldung zu einem finanziellen Entgegenkommen. Die Fotos im Inserat suggerieren, dass das Grundstück direkt am Fjord liegt, was nicht der Fall ist. Außengelände eher ungepflegt („Naturgrundstück“), Fotos vom Haus außen sind wohl älter. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit durch Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr gute Kaffeemaschine und großer Fernseher.
