The beautiful apartment "Aire del Mar" is located on a quiet street in Port de Pollença, Mallorca, and has been tastefully decorated with great attention to detail to create the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday near the beach. You will find a cozy living room with a sofa bed for one person, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a standing fan, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment accommodates two adults and one child. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, cable TV, a baby cot and a high chair. You also have access to a spacious terrace with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table, where you can start your day with breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening after an eventful day. Thanks to the excellent location, you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés in the immediate vicinity. There is a café right next to the apartment, open from 7 am to 2 pm. The Playa d'Albercuix beach is only 200 m away (3 minutes on foot); other beaches such as L'Arenalet (1 km; 12 minutes on foot) or Playa de Puerto Pollensa (1.1 km; 14 minutes on foot) are also easily accessible. The charming town center is just 400 m away (5 minutes on foot) and offers more opportunities to enjoy local specialties. The island's capital Palma de Mallorca and the international airport can be reached in about 49 minutes (67.8 km).

Great place to stay

Very clean, very well equipped apartment, which had everything that we needed, including a kitchen with cooker, microwave, kettle, toast and coffee machine. Also a utility room with washing machine, ironing facilities and much more. A large balcony with sofa and dining table. Great, quick responsive communications with the host. Close to bars, shops and restaurants, plus the beach and bus station.

Perfect location in Port Pollensa

This apartment is located 3 streets back from the beach (5 mins walk) and convenient for pretty much everything. There are convenience stores and a bakery on the same street. The apartment was clean, tidy and had all the things you would need. there is a very nice balcony in which to chill out. Plenty of parking on street if you have a hire car. Barbara the host was very accommodating and instructions were provided in good time before arrival. Overall a great place to stay in northern Mallorca.

Lovely apartment but very noisy

Apartment was lovely and clean, very modern, had everything you needed. Great size balcony. Great location for the beach, bars and restaurants. However, the apartment block is in a very busy street and for the four nights we had no sleep due to loud bikes, cars, vans and trucks and people walking past. Being on the first floor directly above the entrance meant we heard the metal entrance gate every time it slammed shut as well as the internal wooden door. The neighbour next door has birds on the balcony which tweeted a lot and he played loud music after 11pm too. You could hear everone walking and chatting in the communal stairwell. Such a shame, but because of this we would not return.

Pros: Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Alles über WhatsApp geklärt. Bei Fragen rasche Antwort erhalten. Super tolle Lage der Wohnung. Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt ,Cafés und Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr schöner Balkon. Komplette Wohnung und Balkon ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Kommen gerne wieder. Cons: Pool war defek. Keine Beschattung am Balkon. Kein deutschsprachiges TV. Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug

Buena estancia en port de Pollença

Pros: Apartamento amplio, limpio y bien equipado. Se encuentra en una muy buena localización. Cercano a localidades de interés, calas y playas de Cap de Formentor, Alcúdia y Parc de Llevant. Muy recomendable.

Wirklich zentral gelegene, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung. Insbesondere sehr netter und zuverlässiger Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Unterkunft für 2 Personen, die am spanischen Leben teilhaben möchten, sehr empfehlenswert.
