While the interior of the property was updated the exterior wasn’t. This property looked like an old motel that was made into separate apartments. This property is only accessible by using a narrow wooden staircase and is on the second story. The “beach access” requires a two block walk. The access code we were given didn’t work so we had to contact the after hours contact (it was 5 pm). It was cool when we arrived and when we turned the heat on it made the smoke detectors go off. Would not recommend.
