The Frauenthal Suite at The Lofts 3rd + Main is a thoughtfully designed downtown retreat, ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort, character, and walkability.

Named for Max Frauenthal, the suite blends subtle German-inspired details with original historic elements and curated local artwork from the gallery below. While our most streamlined suite, it maintains the same elevated design and attention to detail found throughout the property.

Inside, enjoy a queen bed with quality linens, bedside reading sconces, a loveseat, and TV. The modern bathroom features a clean, updated design with a walk-in shower.

The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, dishes, and a coffee setup with complimentary coffee for easy mornings or light meals.

Step outside to experience downtown Heber Springs on foot. Coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and the movie theater are all within walking distance.
