This was the perfect house for our family! We love this location and we were very fortunate to run across it when we did. The layout was great with all the bedrooms on a different level (except for the master and that was perfect for my parents since they had access to the kitchen and living area without having to take the stairs or elevator. The elevator was also a great addition! The view of the ocean was much better than I anticipated! I spent a lot of time on the porch! It was well stocked with everything you could need as far as kitchen appliances and blankets, hair dryers, etc. Very clean and spacious! Very convenient to grocery store, ice cream, shops and restaurants which were all just steps away! The built-in baby gates were also a plus as we had an eight month and fifteen-month-old with us. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
