良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
I rented this house due to its proximity to redwoods and San Fransisco. Pros:-The house has 3 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and clean.-The host was a nice guy. The guest before us caused damage and took things. The host came by as we were moving in to refill toiletries and make sure we had towels, water and snacks.Cons:-There is NO AC. It was 80 and the house was hot. We did not sleep well. The host had 3 fans, but they didn't help. We spent more money than planned because I did not want to cook in a hot house. -The door situation was bad. The back door was sealed shut and the front door had a keyed lockset from both sides. We either all had to leave together or whomever stayed behind was locked in. Just weird and unsafe.-The house had a strong cooking smell. I opened windows downstairs every morning/evening to air it out. The disposal was broken and smelled bad. The washing machine smelled like mildew.-The perimeter fence was very ackward and frustrating. I appreciated the extra security, but there was no easy way to get into the property. You either park partially on the busy intersection or at the stop sign in front of the house while someone jumps out and slides open the gate. This house is affordable and could be great for a family with different expectations. We were just disappointed and I felt duped and I really wanted to let others know about our experience. I would have paid a bit more for a house with AC especially.
