The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.

This is a lovely property and well maintained. The host quickly responded to any questions. The neighborhood is wonderful with many restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop across the street and a BART stop not faraway. We enjoyed our stay there

Perfect place to explore the Bay Area

My family was in the Bay Area to visit friends and favorite places before going to a family reunion. This apartment is charming and well-maintained, and in an excellent location. It is near food shops, restaurants and a grocery store and is a half-mile to a BART station. UC Berkeley is a short walk or ride away as well as the rest of Berkeley and Oakland. Dustin was great to work with. He is very responsive and my husband had a nice chat with him. He even offered us a little kale from his garden that went into a breakfast dish. We had a couple of hiccups with getting the information to enter the apartment and the check-in time, but nothing that caused an inconvenience. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location to explore the Bay Area in a relaxed atmosphere. I hope to stay again!

Property was clean and well-cared-for. The kitchen in particular was well-appointed, and we cooked a wonderful dinner during our stay. The neighborhood with its shops and markets was the star of the stay.

Great weekend getaway in Berkeley, CA

Great location, it would take you a year to go to all the delicious restaurants nearby. Best Bagels ever 2 doors down at Boichik Bagels! Great house, plenty of room for 4 adults, loved not needing a key. Bathroom is amazing, lots of space, Queen bedroom big enough for a baby crib. Beautiful view out of the windows. Comfortable beds and very clean. Our "kids" went to a concert at the Greek and could walk there, easy to get to everything in Berkeley. Wonderful!

Comfortable property and good communication

The property has some nice features, especially in the bathroom. A coffee station is set up and Dustin was very solicitous. When communicating, he responded quickly to emails. He is willing to provide extra service such as driveway parking and charging for electric cars for a slight extra fee. Do be aware that parking is at a premium in that location, although twice I found parking in front of the house. This is a great place to stay, especially if you are visiting UCB. There is a great deal within walking distance. Fresh flowers and baked goods were a nice touch! We definitely would consider staying here again.

Fabulous, five stars plus!

We loved this beautiful, light-filled, spacious, clean, and ideally-located apartment. It was bigger than we expected, stylishly decorated, well-equipped and stocked, and had very comfortable furniture and beds. We appreciated the reliable internet, black-out shades for sleeping, and gorgeous bathroom with double-headed shower. The neighborhood is amazing. Shopping areas with restaurants, cute cafes, coffee, several great bakeries, boutiques, florist, a large grocery store, and more, are within a block. The property manager was very responsive and made us feel welcome with thoughtful touches. My teen sons loved having space to spread out and a fun location to explore. We look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful space, fun location

Dustin's place was really lovely and a great neighborhood to explore. We did a little cooking there, but mostly walked to great restaurants and cafes from the house. There are also groceries within a quick walking distance. Dustin was super accommodating and responded really quickly to any questions we had. The extra special touches were super appreciated (fresh flowers, bagels from an awesome place down the street, a pastry treat and chocolates!) the beds were comfy, and the shower was awesome -- I would recommend his place for sure!
