Tuscany Shores has some planned pool work to begin in late Summer or early fall. The duration of the project is 4-6 weeks and the pool will be closed while the work takes place. It's a short-term project and should not extend beyond 2026.
Tuscany Shores Condominiums is located in sunny Daytona Beach Shores just North of the Dunlawton Bridge and the Shores Publix. Tuscany Shores
boasts an oceanfront pool deck, heated pool, private beach access, fitness center. Less than half a mile away is the Shores Publix. It's also just a couple of minute walk to the Oceans Golf Club. The Shores Community Center is just a 2-3 minute walk and even includes tennis and pickelball courts!
Step through the foyer of this private, 6th floor oasis and feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. The oceanfront living room greets you with large windows surrounding the room all overlooking the ocean below. The living room includes a smart TV and cozy furnishings.
Adjacent to the living room, you'll find the dining area perfect for dining togethe while overlooking the ocean. Just off the dining room is the cutting-edge kitchen. All updated appliances, an abundance of counter space, and being fully stocked make this kitchen a cook's paradise! This unit also includes an in-unit, private laundry room for added convenience. There is a second living room that includes a TV and a sleeper sofa for added accomodations as well.
The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, large television, and walk-in closets. The ensuite primary bathroom contains a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and a garden tub. The primary bedroom also holds access to the oceanfront balcony. Both guest bedrooms hold one queen bed and display gorgeous views of the Daytona city-scape and the Halifax River. One guest bedroom has a full, en-suite bathroom and a TV and the other has an adjacent full bathroom. Please note that the second guest bedroom has a queen Murphy bed.
This condo HOA does require guests to complete an online background and for guests to pay for the cost of the background check. We will assist guests about a month prior to their stay with this brief process. Everything is online and quick. The cost is $150 per person but they only require the primary guest and their spouse (if applicable) to do this.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes one reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.
