The cozy bedroom features 2 twin beds that can be converted to King sized bed, while the living room offers a convenient queen sofa bed for extra guests. Conveniently located on Lake Erie and down the street from Maggie Marsh, you can enjoy fishing and bird watching. Bring your boat and dock at the private dock, or grab a charter at the marina right next door. Keep your fresh catch in the complimentary provided chest freezer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the sun porch overlooking the water. Fully stocked bathroom equipped with a shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and hair dryer for your ease. The space is thoughtfully designed to keep guests comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning.

Everything was great. Exactly as described. Walked right out to our boat at the dock and was able to keep an eye on it at all times. Will definitely be staying here again!

The property has it's own dock making it convenient to those that fish. For those that do not have a boat, there are many charters in the same complex.
