Ferienhaus Frieda - Ferienhaus als Wohlfühloase auf 2 Etagen

With 100 square meters of space, Haus Frieda offers plenty of room for up to four people and features a separate entrance. The house was renovated in 2020 with great attention to detail and furnished with numerous artistic and decorative elements in a country house style. The house is equipped with air conditioning, and all windows feature special soundproof glazing.



A vacation home that’s an oasis of comfort spread over two floors:

The kitchen
The fully equipped, modern kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fully automatic coffee maker. An exposed, over 100-year-old sandstone wall with a cozy seating area offers a rustic atmosphere for relaxing with a cup of coffee.
Dining in style
We’ve stayed true to the home’s style in the dining room as well. The table offers plenty of space for elaborate meals and cozy get-togethers. Here, you can enjoy wines from local vintners.
The “guud Stubb”
After an eventful day, reflect on your experiences or plan the next day. The cozy living room offers the perfect setting. Sandstone elements from an old Gothic church have been incorporated into the design here, creating a contrast with the factory-style windows from the industrial era that face the hallway. An antique secretary desk gives you the opportunity to write vacation greetings to friends and relatives.
Bedrooms
The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The two high-quality double beds in the rooms feature comfortable mattresses and down comforters made from hypoallergenic materials. One bedroom is additionally equipped with a toilet, while the other features a flat-screen TV. All rooms have roller shutters, some of which are electric.
Bathroom
On the first floor is the accessible shower combination with a rain shower and showerhead. At the touch of a button, you can turn on the radio and enjoy your shower while listening to music or the latest news. In the hallway leading to the terrace, outside the bathroom, is the washing machine installed especially for you.
The Garden Terrace
The small garden belonging to the vacation home is lushly landscaped and offers privacy from prying eyes. A small water feature gently splashes away while you enjoy your vacation on the approximately 20-square-meter terrace. Behind the house, the romantic railroad line runs through the Nahe Valley. During the day, a train passes by every 30 minutes or so for just a few seconds; thanks to the special glazing in the house, it’s barely noticeable. There is no train traffic at night.
