The Mooney is a classic Hot Springs home tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Park Ave. If you are looking for a comfortable home base for your group’s next getaway, this is it. It is fully equipped with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring Hot Springs National Park.

Why Guests Love Staying Here:

The Location: You’re less than 2 minutes from the heart of downtown Hot Springs and an easy bike ride to the Pullman Ave. Northwoods trailhead.

Space to Spread Out: With two separate living rooms, a dining room, and a large yard, your group won't feel crowded.

Outdoor Living: Enjoy the screened-in patio (a guest favorite for morning coffee), fire up the gas grill, unwind in the hot tub, or bring some firewood for an outdoor fire.

Biker-Friendly: No need to leave your gear on the rack; we have an indoor bike rack located right in the laundry room for peace of mind.

The Layout:

Upstairs: Private Primary Bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs: Two additional bedrooms (one King bed; one with two Full-over-Full bunk beds) sharing a hallway bathroom.

Gathering Spaces: Two cozy living areas, both featuring functional fireplaces for a warm, lived-in ambiance.

A Fully Stocked Kitchen:

No need to eat out every night. The kitchen is ready for "real" cooking with a full-sized fridge, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, and a dishwasher. We provide the cookware and dishes; you just bring the food.

The Mooney is a solid, peaceful home where you can kick back, keep your bikes safe, and enjoy the best of Hot Springs.

Guest access
The day of your trip, you will receive a message with the code for the lock. The lock is located on the FRONT door of The Mooney, not the side entrance.

Other things to note
We are pup-friendly, but there is no fenced yard. Please do not allow dogs on furniture.

This house does not have access to the detached garage. This unit has a different address and the entry is on a different road from Mooney.
