Enjoyed a long weekend getaway with our grandparents. Once arriving we noticed there was not boat dock (as seen in pics) and the flooring on the bottom level had been ripped up due to flooding (according to home owner). We had not been made aware of this prior to our arrival, so we reached out to Rodger. He was quick to respond, and let us know that the bottom floor and boat doc are going through a restoration process and should be fixed in April. Other than that, it’s a great lakehouse with comfortable beds! The home could use a good deep cleaning, but we loved that it was close to everything. My husband enjoyed grilling on the balcony. Also just a note: make sure you bring your own body wash and shampoo. I forgot mine and they did not provide any, so I did a quick Walmart delivery for some needs.

A great trip

We had a wonderful stay and a great getaway weekend with our parents and our kids. We even took our pets. The place was clean and the deck was so relaxing with the fire in the evenings!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend on Lake Hamilton. We had all we needed to enjoy the lake eat good food and spend quality time with our family. The house is in a great location close to everything we needed. We loved floating in the lake. We would definitely do it again.

Plenty of room!

3 couples plus a single stayed here for the 2nd time. We love the location. Owner was very responsive to a few questions we had upon arrival. We will definitely be back this coming summer and we’re bringing the boat this time.

World Series

Lots of room and lived the charm of the house and lake. Owner took care of issues as soon as possibly. The only complaint we had was it was not as clean as excepted and lots of spiders.

My wife is from Texas and fell in love with Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton many years ago. Our family loves the outdoors and lake life. This house will provide many happy memories for us and for the families who visit here.

This property is in the most convenient place, close to everything, yet secluded from city noise. It takes just minutes to boat to the restaurants on the water. And it is within minutes of Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, Garvan Woodland Gardens, and Bathhouse Row. It is on a large cove of the lake that is a No Wake Zone which makes for great swimming and fishing. It has a large deck that gets shade and sun at the same time. Very relaxing.

This house has 2 living areas -- and 2 families could have their own private space -- and come together in the kitchen, or have an adult living room and a kid living room! The large deck is a real gathering spot and it provides a gorgeous view of Lake Hamilton. It is very close to Hot Springs Marina and Launching Ramp.
