Designed with both short and long stays in mind, this studio is ideal for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and digital nomads looking for a safe, walkable, and well-connected neighborhood.

The Studio
The space is newly built and thoughtfully designed, featuring:
* Comfortable sleeping area with quality bedding
* Ceiling fans at the studio & the full bathroom
* Air conditioning for a cool and relaxing stay
* High-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for remote work
* Smart TV
* Functional kitchenette for light cooking
* Private bathroom with modern finishes
* Clean, bright, and minimalist décor for a relaxing atmosphere
* A nice swimming pool is shared with the owners and other guests. A convenient full bathroom is next to it.
* The studio is at the upstairs, where there are 3 additional studios.
* Every detail was selected to ensure a comfortable, practical, and pleasant stay.
Just a heads-up that we live downstairs and have two small Chihuahuas that we keep mostly inside. They’re very calm, not noisy at all, and won’t interfere with your privacy.
The studio has its **own independent entrance**, so you’ll enjoy a private and comfortable stay.

Another big advantage is the location. We are close to great restaurants, shopping centers, and movie theaters, and it’s one of the closest residential neighborhoods to the beach in downtown. Malecón Tajamar is just minutes away, offering beautiful lagoon views, a perfect place for jogging, and frequent city festivals and sporting events.
