This rental is the perfect home base for you in Las Vegas. My Rental Fee is $43.00 Per Night, Average $1312 Monthly, plus Cleaning and Platform Fees. My place is a clean, quiet, safe, homeowner's condo community, not a rowdy apartment complex. 90 nights minimum rental.
This is close to nightlife, restaurants, casinos, 7/11, parks, supermarkets and transportation. Great for solo adventurers, students, traveling nurses, temporary transfers or retirees.
This is for 1-person only, an occasional overnight guest is okay.

I have all units professionally cleaned and serviced before each rental and have a property manager with handyman on call if I am not immediately available to address any needs or concerns.

It is very conveniently located in as safe, quiet, and affluent neighborhood in The Lakes area of Summerlin. Far enough from the chaos near the strip and close enough to main avenues and highways to commute any ware quickly.
