Summary:
This charming home is located in the historic West Side of Las Vegas, an older, vibrant neighborhood known for its unique character and rich history. It’s a peaceful and welcoming area, offering a quiet stay just minutes from the Strip.

Late-night bookings are welcome at anytime. Self check-in is available anytime after 4 PM.

Please note that no parties or gatherings are allowed, and quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is prohibited inside, but there’s a designated smoking area outside. Violations of these rules will result in reservation cancellation without reimbursement.

Please note: Cancellations eligible for a full refund (7+ days before arrival) are subject to a 10% processing fee (based on the amount paid) due to third-party payment processing costs, which are non-refundable.

Welcome to your new home! Whether for business or pleasure we hope you enjoy Las Vegas!

This 900 square foot home has lots to offer. Brand new furniture, TV in living room. Enjoy a stylish experience at your new centrally-located place with two bedrooms (TV in all bedrooms) and one bathroom.

You will have access to your new Quartz Island and countertop where you can cook your own meals. Dinning table for you to sit down, relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. Smart TV in the all bedrooms and living room, wifi, office desk and more can be used in your new home. Please feel free to use all amenities.

You are 5 mins from Fremont (Old Vegas), 10 mins from the stratosphere, 12 mins from the Convention Center, 15 mins from the T-Mobile Arena (Las Vegas Knights Hockey), 12 mins from the Allegiant Stadium (Las Vegas Raiders Football), 20 mins from the airport and 10 mins from the ACTION! (Las Vegas Strip)

Horrible smell in the first unit. Neighbors sounded like a heard of elephants at 7 am every morning. Couldn't do laundry because the cleaning crew was using the guest W/D. Overall a really bad experience.

The home itself was clean, check-in was straightforward, and the interior matched the photos in the listing. However, the exterior of the building and the surrounding neighborhood felt quite run-down, with a noticeable presence of unhoused individuals nearby, neighbors smoking on the balcony, and people loitering on the street, which did not feel very safe for my family.

It’s not a home! When they advertise welcome to your new home it’s not true it’s a quadplex it’s one building with 4 apartments the people above us from 5pm to 1am sounded like they were running or stomping back and forth and then in the morning it would start again times varied but it was annoying to say the least! The apartment was clean, the bedrooms were nice the whole apartment setup was as described. Never felt threatened but neighborhood was definitely not just older so too say but there’s a homeless community nearby, but we actually stopped and gave them things we had bought to show our compassion for them daily which was our choice with no pressure we were just trying to make it ak little better, water snacks and food daily but never felt threatened at all they were good people in a bad situation! Overall are stay was good the only complaint was that others didn’t show courtesy to the occupants below so the quite time thing doesn’t really exist to cause a ruckus over something like that wasn’t worth it so we tried to be tolerant and cut the host a break! I would say it was a 7 out of 10 . Good price nice inside just a little noisy above, I think I’d probably do it again but I would ask about who’s going to be above us first! The host were good no issues.
