The home is equipped with a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, first aide kit in bathroom, smoke detectors throughout and a carbon monoxide detector in the living room. The backyard is fenced. Do not leave pets and children in backyard unsupervised. In Tucson, Arizona we share the land with wild birds, snakes, insects, coyotes and other wild animals. Although not likely due to the area of the home and the wall surrounding it, there is still a possibility for a wild animal to enter the backyard. Always keep children and pets supervised.
