Summary:
This is the place you're looking for! Central location, 2 blocks from the 5th Ave. 2 heated rooftop pools (4 pools in total!), gym, parking, 24/7 security, rooftop bar with ocean view, lounge room with pool table and kitchen on the rooftop.
2-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. 1 King size bed + 1 queen size bed.
High speed fiber-optics wireless internet. Smart TVs. Top location!
The Space:
This is the apartment of your dreams. 2BR 2BA in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Spacious-luxury restrooms, cozy beds (1 king, 1 queen. Very bright. Balcony with high-end patio furniture. You'll love it for your morning coffee! To get to the beach it's only a 5min walk. The popular 5th ave is only 100m away from the building, where you'll find shops, restaurants and nightlife!
We'll provide parking garage RF card if needed to access the parking downstairs. To hand off the card, we'll request a deposit which will be refunded upon checkout once the card is returned.
Functional kitchen area with electric stove, oven, sink, basic dishes, pots, coffee machine, blender, toaster and microwave.
Ceiling fan & AC to keep you very comfortable!
We provide a complimentary starter kit for your arrival: toilet paper, trash bag for the bin, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener and bottled water. These items won't be re-stocked and if needed, guests will have to purchase them locally.
Linens and towels can be switched at an extra cost (same for full cleaning). Daily cleaning is not included in the rate. Just let us know 24h in advance to schedule our cleaners.
We want to provide all of our guests with quality linens and towels, so please take good care of them and don't use them to wipe the floor or remove makeup to avoid extra fees.
Guest Access:
The access to the apartment is thru an electronic lock so there's no need to carry keys around.
We'll provide parking garage RF card if needed to access the parking downstairs. To hand off the card, we'll request a deposit which will be refunded upon checkout once the card is returned.
The Neighborhood:
To get to the beach it's only a 5min walk. The popular 5th ave is only 100m away from the building, where you'll find shops, restaurants and nightlife!
Getting Around:
Everything’s walkable! Stroll to the beach, bike along 5th Avenue, or explore local favorites like Calle 38’s restaurants and the Corazón art district. Need to go further? Taxis and colectivos easily take you to cenotes, Tulum, or Akumal. A safe, vibrant area made for easy adventures.
Other Things to Note:
If you require the sofa bed, please inform us in advance—by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in—so we can provide the necessary linens. If you notify us after this time, we cannot guarantee same-day delivery.
Please keep this in mind to ensure you have the best possible experience at our accommodation.
Travel Crib Available - Advance Request Required
We offer travel cribs for 15USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.
To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, trash bag for the container, soap, shampoo, coffee, sugar, sweetener, and bottled water. These items will not be restocked and guests are encouraged to purchase locally if necessary.
We provide salt, oil and pepper upon request, which must be placed before 5:00 p.m.
For your convenience, sheets and towels can be changed for an additional charge (the same applies to the full cleaning service). Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. You just have to let us know 24 hours in advance to schedule our cleaning services.

Mandatory use of wristbands for guests.
During the 2026 World Cup, the condominium will broadcast some matches in designated common areas, subject to availability and compatibility between the broadcast times of each match and the operating hours of each space. This broadcast is a complimentary extra and is not an essential part of the reservation. If, due to circumstances beyond our control—such as power outages, internet failures, signal interruptions, transmission disruptions, maintenance issues, or condominium restrictions—it is not possible to broadcast a match or the broadcast is interrupted, no refunds, compensation, or penalty-free cancellations will be offered.
Building A features a complimentary coworking space for our guests, ideal for working comfortably during your stay. It includes high-speed internet and access to fully equipped meeting rooms, subject to availability.
For short term bookings, 15KWh are included per night. Exceeding will be charged at 3mxn per KWh. For bookings 28 days or longer, electric usage is billed separately. For bookings 7+ days, a mandatory switch of linens and towels is required every week at an extra cost.
Due to its proximity to a large supermarket, the building's ventilation system operates continuously, generating constant ambient noise.
With doors and windows closed, the noise level inside the room was measured at 47 dB, which is lower than the noise typically produced by a ceiling fan at its highest speed.
