Hi Rose, Thank you for the thoughtful review—we’re really glad you enjoyed the pool, beach equipment, outdoor space, and the guides we put together. We also appreciate you being a great guest and taking good care of the home. We appreciate your feedback on checkout timing. Just to clarify, our standard checkout is 11:00am, and we’ve since corrected a mix-up between the listing and our printed materials to ensure everything is fully consistent going forward. In this case, we reached out the night before to request an earlier checkout to accommodate the cleaning schedule, and we appreciate your flexibility. We also want to note that during your stay there wasn’t any indication this created an issue, but we completely understand that more advance notice would have been preferable and will make sure to handle that better moving forward. We do our best to accommodate early check-in and late checkout whenever the cleaning schedule allows—which is often—and we would have been happy to do so here if requested. For reference, our checkout requests are intentionally minimal—typically just stripping beds and placing trash bins out or in if it happens to be trash day.
