The home is air-conditioned with central heat and includes a dedicated laundry room with 2 separate stacked washer and dryer machines, and a drying rack that is ideal for ski gear storage. Guests will also enjoy a one-car garage with ski storage racks, fast Wi-Fi throughout the home, and three levels of private outdoor space. The private decks offer wooded and mountain views, outdoor seating, and a grill for year-round enjoyment.
Free parking is available for three (3) vehicles directly at the home, with one space being in the attached garage, and additional parking located in the community overflow lot. Guests also have access to Northridge Community amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, pickle ball, tennis and basketball courts, and scenic walking and hiking trails.
Thoughtfully designed with over 20 foot vaulted ceilings, an open-plan living and dining area, and mountain views, the layout allows everyone to gather together comfortably while still offering privacy across three levels of living space. There is a large U-shaped couch, plus a table to play cards and board games.
The spacious living and dining room flows seamlessly into the open eat-in style kitchen, creating a warm and inviting space where guests naturally congregate. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas range, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer-dryer, as well as cookware, utensils, oils, spices, coffee, tea, and an electric kettle for coffee, tea, or cocoa. There is also a combo Keurig cup and drip coffee maker. A large peninsula and center island provide ample room for meal preparation, casual dining, and conversation, while the eat-in dining table comfortably seats 12.
The lower-level game room is designed for relaxation and entertainment and includes a gas fireplace, pool table, ping pong table, Smart TV, cozy seating, and a wet bar with an additional refrigerator and freezer. This level also offers extra sleeping space, in the biking themed space with a king bed, and through a connecting door, the arts and crafts themed space offers a stacked twin bunk bed, with an additional trundle bed below, making it ideal for larger groups. An oversized indoor bathtub / jacuzzi provides the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes or trails.
Bedroom accommodations are thoughtfully themed and arranged throughout the home. The Horses Room serves as Primary Bedroom One and features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The Yoga Room is Primary Bedroom Two and also includes a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The Ski Room offers two queen beds, and a couch with a pullout queen sized sleeper, the Lake Room includes a queen bed and desk ideal for remote work, and the Camping Room features a king bed. A lofted home office overlooks the living room, offering a peaceful workspace with natural light.
Additional fees apply and include a $60 per night charge for each guest over the included 8 people with your booking, a $50 per hour fee for early check-ins or late check-outs when available, and a $150 fee per dog per stay. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and all adult guests 18 or older are required to sign a waiver and provide photo identification prior to arrival. Parties, smoking, fireworks, firearms, and hunting are strictly prohibited. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, as sound travels easily in the community. Shoes are not permitted inside the home.
