This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath mountain home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, with every detail designed to fuel your days and restore your nights. Soaring 20+ foot vaulted ceilings, warm natural textures, and sweeping mountain views set the tone the moment you walk in — spacious enough for the whole group, cozy enough to feel like home.
Come back from the slopes, the trails, or the waterpark and sink into a space that's ready for you: a roaring fire downstairs, a hot jacuzzi soak, dinner around a table that seats everyone, and a game room that keeps the energy going as long as you want it to.

After a full day of Pocono adventure, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is where everyone naturally lands. The living room centers around a large U-shaped couch built for post-adventure lounging — movie nights, highlights from the day, or just being together. A dedicated game table keeps things going with cards, board games, and the kind of unhurried evenings that make a trip feel complete.
The fully equipped kitchen makes feeding a hungry group effortless. You'll find a gas range, large refrigerator, dishwasher, combination Keurig and drip coffee maker, and everything stocked and ready — cookware, utensils, oils, spices, coffee, tea, and an electric kettle. A large island and peninsula give everyone room to pitch in, while the dining table seats all 12 comfortably. Whether it's a big group breakfast before hitting the mountain or a long dinner after a day on the trails, this kitchen was made for it.
A lofted home office overlooks the living room from above — a quiet, light-filled perch for remote work or a peaceful moment to yourself.

🌿 Outdoor Living — Breathe It All In
Three levels of private decks mean there's always a spot to step outside, whatever the mood. Start the morning with coffee and mountain air before heading out. Fire up the grill when you're back. Wind down under the trees as the sun drops behind the ridge. The Poconos are right there — and so is your front-row seat to all of it.

Additional fees apply and include a $60 per night charge for each guest over the included 8 people with your booking, a $50 per hour fee for early check-ins or late check-outs when available, and a $150 fee per dog per stay. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and all adult guests 18 or older are required to sign a waiver and provide photo identification prior to arrival. Parties, smoking, fireworks, firearms, and hunting are strictly prohibited. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, as sound travels easily in the community. Shoes are not permitted inside the home.
